Miralmonte was born in Torrelodones *, a small town in the foothills of the Sierra de Guadarrama in Madrid.
Mediterranean cuisine with natural ingredients and with all the experience of a complete family dedicated to the art of traditional Spanish dishes. The specialty are its paellas, with the original recipe of “Grandma”, a combination of top-quality ingredients, created more than 65 years ago, with a meticulous process that guarantees the best flavor and all the health benefits of the authentic Mediterranean diet.

A Bit About Pablo
Pablo, alma mater and creator of Paellas Miralmonte, is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in the food service sector, who has worked throughout Europe, based in Madrid, Spain. Designing and organizing the caterings of major events such as the World Formula 1 Championships, MotoGP races and a multitude of concerts and feature films. In his resume he also counts with the responsibility of several catering services for the organizers of the UEFA and the Champions League, in football soccer, the most important spectator sport in the world.
One of many other important events in which Pablo had the challenge of organizing caterings for was the Pope's visit to Spain (JMJ, World Youth Event), back in 2011, a meeting of enormous magnitude.
All his international experience translates into a service of impeccable quality, at the highest level, the same as that of the excellent paellas prepared by Miralmonte with love.
